At Vero Moda Oslo, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all original garment tags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
